Onboarding Agent

We’ve created a new ‘Helper Agent’ to assist customers. You can live chat with the Helper Agent at any time by hitting the ‘Help’ icon in the header. Any messages sent to the Helper Agent are free (do not count against your balance).

Instructions now have a hard-cap of four thousand characters. Any instructions that previously had more characters will still work.

Analytics

Customers without Looker analytics on their plan should now see demo data when they attempt to view the AI and Insights tab in Analytics

Inbox

  • Added a “close” button to properly dismiss the active Onboarding Agent conversation
  • Added a hyphen between pending message timestamps for visual clarity

Widget

  • Added clearer ‘title’ prop to the widget iframe
  • Added clearer aria-label text for users

Bug fixes

Inbox

  • Fixed issues with sorting the inbox and conversations being in reverse order in some cases

Billing

  • Fixed an issue where autofill cannot be disabled when there is no credit card on file

Analytics

  • Fixed an issue in downloading the CSV of AI stats that could cause the download to fail

Tagging

  • Fixed an issue with under-accounting for tags automatically applied by the AI Agent that owned the ticket

Insights

  • Fixed an issue where Insights could get regenerated on closed tickets despite no new inbound messages

iOS & Android Mobile App Update

  • Fixed MMS video playback on iOS and Android mobile apps
