Agent Assist - Suggest Responses

Turn “Suggest Responses” on and Avochato will generate a suggestion for any conversation you are currently viewing.

Click on the suggestion to populate the chat box. Then either edit the message, or just hit “send” if its already perfect.

Suggestions are only sent if you choose to send them — otherwise they simply disappear. You can click the refresh button to try generating a different suggestion if you aren’t happy with it.

An AgentAssist suggested message will use training data/prompts as long as this toggle is on If the the AvoBot is turned off or was never setup, AgentAssist suggested message will not use the AvoBot's info.

Note: AvoBot behavior is still the same — if you are viewing a conversation assigned to an AvoBot, the AvoBot will still reply on its own (in addition to showing you possible suggestion)

Fixed some visual weirdness with the 2FA input boxes in certain situations.

Broadcasts

The Broadcast list UI now properly scales according to your screen size. Broadcast message contents should be fully visible on large monitors when viewing the list. Additionally, resizing the screen while viewing the broadcast list should flow better and prevent various UI elements from being cropped off, depending on your filters.

Now, you must make a change to a broadcast in order to be shown as the “last editor”. Previously, just viewing a draft was enough to mark you as the broadcast’s most recent editor.

You can now command + click (or ctrl + click on Windows) a broadcast in the broadcast list to open it in a separate tab.

Fixed an issue where the three bar menu would disappear when switching between the inbox and broadcast subsections on mobile devices.

Calls

Fixed issues with receiving inbound calls after successfully making a recent outbound call while using the mobile apps. Note: To receive this bug fix, you must upgrade to the latest Avochato for iOS and Avochato for Android.

Inbox

Fixed an issue where navigating from “All Messages” to “My Inbox” too quickly wouldn’t actually re-filter the inbox

Fixed some issues where changing the active user filter wasn’t displaying as intended unless you refreshed the page.

Trial inboxes now correctly see demo data, just like inboxes on Lite plans.

Resizing the inbox from desktop → mobile → desktop again should no longer cause the header of the app to permanently disappear.

Cleaned up some javascript console errors and warnings in various parts of the inbox.

Fixed some bugs when navigating to and from the Billing subsection that could break browser history.

Inboxes that disabled inbound MMS will now show a more informative message instead of just an empty space where the MMS contents are supposed to be.

AvoAI

AgentAssist Sentiment cadence menu should properly show all values (even if none is selected).

The AvoBot settings section labeled “Training Data” has been more accurately renamed to “Prompts”. Prompts passed to the AvoBots will function exactly the same as before.

Widgets

We added a shortcut URL to the “Go Live” page to view the widget in isolation. Hopefully this makes it easier to test without having to publish it on a URL.
