Trial Flow
- Reworked and improved the trial flow experience for new customers to showcase more of Avochato’s features.
Salesforce
- When viewing a Salesforce Case, the Avo4SF Component will display the most recent conversation for that case based on either:
- via the Avochato Ticket ID, or
- the most recent conversation tied to an Avochato contact matching the Salesforce contact’s Salesforce Object ID & Type, or
- [NEW] the most recent conversation associated with the contact’s phone number

- Temporarily removed the Error Rate graph as we update and apply improvements to it
Messaging
- Windows carriage-return characters (

) are now substituted to count as a single character/n
- Fixed how we estimated message length for certain characters that count as two characters when sent via SMS including:
'|', '^', '€', '{', '}', '[', ']', '~', '\’
- Fixed various issues with action buttons in wide mode improperly showing or being hidden in various screen sizes
- Fixed an issue where long messages typed into the chat box would stretch the width of the chat box infinitely
