Inbox
- Contacts with empty names no longer cause issues with the outbound message form.
- The Search box now has a clickable X to clear the text input field.
- Fixed an issue where some users would be redirected to inboxes they no longer belonged to.
Compliance
Compliance templates now use parenthesis instead of square brackets to reduce the number of characters added by the compliance template.
- When sending campaigns or broadcasts, we recommend using parenthesis
( )instead of square brackets[]curly brackets{ }, which are treated as two characters each by carriers and can unintentionally increase the number of segments.
- We are aware of an issue where our broadcast segment calculator does not count square or curly brackets (and some other symbols like
^and~) as two characters each — this will be fixed in an upcoming release.
