Disable Keywords During Surveys

• Users can now prevent keywords from triggering during active surveys with a contact. When this setting is enabled, Avochato will temporarily suppress all custom keyword triggers while a contact is completing a survey. This ensures an uninterrupted survey experience by preventing keyword-based messages from interfering with the response sequence.
